Hurray! We are pleased to announce…
B-E Yoga is now back to my normal schedule for live classes. Due to being out of Covid-19 lock down here in New Zealand I am available once again for group classes at Club Physical Birkenhead and Coast Plaza venues, for one on one sessions in person or online and I am still doing two live online classes per week.
Live online classes mean you can socialise before and after class, if you wish, with other members who are online. You will also be part of a private Facebook page solely for our Online the Mat community where all the classes are posted as a video after the live class and if you can’t make the live online class you can watch them any time you want, as many times as you want.

All live group classes are at Club Physical Coast Plaza gym, these cost $20 as a casual member. You can purchase a 10 pass for $149.99. You can join Club Physical as a member and all your gym classes are included in certain memberships. Club Physical also has a kids club open on week days where you can leave young children while you come to class or workout.

We are asking for your help in covering the cost of running the sessions on line by choosing to pay one of the following options, remembering that everyone in your household can attend all these classes on just one subscription. Offer what you can afford right now. Community service is part of the eight limbs that make up the system of Yoga and if you want to help us fund someone who is out of work at the moment there is an option to do that.

Yoga is an ancient system of personal development and wellness which originated many thousands of years ago in India. A Yoga class incorporates a balanced blend of active exercises (asanas) to tone and strengthen with breathing (pranyama), relaxation, stretching and meditation assisting the body to benefit fully from the exercise.
It is suitable for all ages and abilities since there are many ongoing levels to learn from the very beginner to a highly advanced practitioner. Because of this Yoga can always introduce something fresh and interesting into your practice.
All classes at Blissful Existence yoga are taught by me, Catherine Opie. I am a fully qualified and internationally accredited teacher with 25 years of personal experience in Yoga practices and 8 years experience as a Yoga instructor in gyms, Yoga Studios, in peoples homes, in corporate settings, at outdoor events and festivals and on retreats.. Classes available include beginner’s, general, pre-natal, parent & baby, sunrise flow, over 50’s and gym style Yoga.
