I’m so pleased that you found this page because here on this page I have put some short videos from a longer course on Qigong breathing techniques to share this important health and wellbeing knowledge with you to teach how to cleanse and fortify the internal organs. These ancient techniques have been used for centuries to maintain a healthy body and relieve stress to improve longevity.
