The survey results are in (thank you so much for all your feedback) and we have adjusted our timetable to respond to your requests with a different timetable this term. If you have four free classes still waiting to be used please make sure you use them by the 14th of August.


Nia changes

Sally is offering a 5 week beginners course for $60 starting 3rd August and continuing on Wednesdays from 7-8pm. Sally will be travelling to the US to study for five weeks at the end of term, but will be back next term for another 5 week block. We have moved the Monday daytime class to Wed 9.30-10.30am, this will continue for the whole term and will be taught by Carolyne while Sally is away.


Yoga changes

Yoga classes are on Wed/ Thurs/ Fri/ Sat at the Balanced Energy Studio

5 week beginners course starting Friday 5th August 10am -11am $60


Tai Chi changes

Henri has now introduced some new classes including some especially for beginners. This is an ideal time to start Tai Chi shrug off winter sluggishness and get healthy for the seasonal changes.
