This five week course taught by Catherine Opie at the Balanced Energy Studio assists you to learn the basics necessary to join an open class with a little more confidence and gives you an insight into how Yoga can benefit your body, mind and spirit.

Taking you through many different aspects of Yoga practice, so that you become familiar with the classic movements used in Yoga classes, breathing techniques and easy meditation. Your body is strengthened and encouraged to be more flexible with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to go over techniques until you feel confident in your practice.
