Breathing Balance

Stand with the feet together and the hands just under the navel one in front of the other. Inhale coming up onto the  tippy toes circling the arms to the sides and up over the head bringing the palms together .

Exhale while bringing the arms down at the same time bringing the heels back to the floor.

Repeat up to 10 times.

For more of a challenge balance at the top of the inhalation on your tippy toes for a few breaths then come down slowly on an exhalation. This tones the legs and buttocks, opens the chest and increases the circulation to warm you while helping your mind to focus.
